En wéér laten Fred Teeven en zijn moordmachines IND en DT&V zien dat ze niets te schaften hebben met essentiële mensenrechten. Werden de afgelopen weken zonder de minste aarzeling peuters en kleuters met hun ouders naar de hel van Afghanistan gedeporteerd, nu gaat de staatssecretaris nog een stapje verder.
Maandag 22 april wordt Mudjtaba Tayeb uitgezet naar Italië, onder de noemer van het Dublin-akkoord. Maar zijn vrouw en twee kinderen, Amir (4 jaar) en Fatima (11 maanden), ook van Afghaanse afkomst, blijven hier achter, in afwachting van hún deportatie naar Kabul.

Stond er ergens in de wet dat de integriteit van gezinnen niet mocht worden aangetast? De IND, de DT&V en Fred Teeven verheffen zich eigenhandig boven die wet.

DEPORTATION RESISTANCE: A FAMILY TORN APART

And once again secretary of state Fred Teeven and his killings machines IND and DT&V show that they don't give a shit about basic human rights. In the past few weeks, toddlers and little children with their parents have been deportated to the hell of Afghanistan without any hesitation, now, the secretary of state decided to take it one step further.
On Monday the 22nd of April, Mudjtaba Tayeb will be deported to Italy, due to the Dublin treaty. But his wife and two children, from Afghanistan as well, will be left behind here, while awaiting their deportation to Kabul.
Wasn't there a law that stated that the integrity of families should always be protected? The IND, the DT&V and Fred Teeven declare themselves above the law.
