20.03.2003 17:12

The International Criminal Court, The Hague, Netherlands.

WHAT: iraqwarcrimes.org (March 2003), is an organization of volunteers
assisting the global people’s peace action movement in each country to
prosecute State leaders at The International Criminal Court (ICC), The Hague,
Netherlands for capital crimes committed in any informal and/or formal military
action initiated and maintained by any state against Iraq, commencement date
for capital crimes measure: March 17th 2003.

The ICC at:  http://www.un.org/law/icc/ is the International Court for the
prosecution of Crimes Inhumane (capital) and is venue for the capital
prosecution of those State leaders perpetrating capital crimes against humanity
(specifically the people of Iraq) in any formal or informal military action
initiated and/or maintianed by any State.

PLEASE NOTE: iraqwarcrimes.org stands ready to assist those countries peace
action networks wishing to pursue capital prosecution of their State leaders in
any military action against Iraq, commencement date: March 17th 2003 by:

EMAIL SIGNATURE GATHERING/PETITION - gathering, verifying and storing
people’s email signatures from each country for presentation by that country’s
peace action network to the ICC supporting capital prosecution of that state's
leaders for Iraq War Crimes,
ICC ON-SITE CAPITAL PROSECUTION - physically assisting each country’s peace
action network to file capital crimes briefs at the ICC in The Hague,
Netherlands and serving on-site, in The Hague, as capital trial facilitators
and logisticians for the duration of legal proceedings,
INFORMATION - providing information and email updates for ICC trials to each
country peace action network,
WEBSITE – hosting iraqwarcrimes.org

WHO: iraqwarcrimes.org was set up by Netherlands peace action network
volunteers to provide information, informed suggestions and real-time, on-site
capital crimes prosecution at The International Criminal Court in The Hague,
Netherlands of those country leaders assisting War on Iraq, commencement date:
March 17th 2003. iraqwarcrimes will be staffed indefinitely to assist peace
groups pursuing capital prosecution of their country’s leaders for assisting
War on Iraq at The International Criminal Court, The Hague, Netherlands.

WHY: iraqwarcrimes.org is a people’s global peace action network response to
the violence as war and civil repression emanating from the 43rd United States
Executive.

WHERE: Prosecution of State leaders for capital crimes committed in any state
initiated and/or maintained war on Iraq at The International Criminal Court,
The Hague, Netherlands.

HOW: iraqwarcrimes.org has set up this website (www.iraqwarcrimes.org) to serve
as an information resource and country-by-country signature/petition gathering
instrument to assist those peace action networks in each country wishing to
pursue capital prosecution of that State's leaders for crimes against humanity
as the War on Iraq, commencement date March 17th 2003.

An example of this would be the capital prosecution of Irish Premier Bertie
Ahern for allowing lethal United States military supplies and troops to transit
through Ireland for use in any capital crimes against Iraq. March 17th has been
chosen as the commencement date for measurement of capital crimes. After March
17th 2003, the death of any persons in the Iraq War Theatre, therefore will be
viewed as resultant of Mr. Ahern’s assistance in any state initiated and/or
maintained aggression against Iraq. Mr. Ahern will be tried as a direct
accessory/orchestrator of said capital crimes entailing full prosecution and
continuous/indefinite pursuance of any adjudication.

CAPITAL CRIMES FILING PROCEDURES FOR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRY PEACE ACTION NETWORKS
PROSECUTING STATE LEADERS AT THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT,

THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS

Each country Peace Action Network decides that its State leaders are liable
for capital prosecution in their authorizing state and/or private military
action against Iraq, commencement date March 17th 2003

Country Peace Action Network then:

refers to www.iraqwarcrimes.org to download an example War Crimes Trial
Poster for duplication and mass display announcing capital crimes prosecution
of State leaders;

gathers people's e-signatures through the www.iraqwarcrimes.org e-signatures
gathering facility

in support of capital prosecution of State leaders and publicizes the campaign
for capital prosecution of State leaders at all peace
gatherings/protests/meetings/civil disobediences/etc.

sends a team of prosecutors on behalf of that country's peace action network
to The International Criminal Court, The Hague, Netherlands for consultation
with volunteers at www.iraqwarcrimes.org in planning and initiating criminal
prosecution of State leaders.

maintains schedule, in consultation with www.iraqwarcrimes.org for seeing
through adjudication of State leaders at the ICC and then pursues actualization
of any penalties rendered.
