Collaborate with the Blue Police!
Chris Herz - 23.03.2004 21:47

In the closing days of World War II the people of Holland learned about the costs of collaboration . . . .

Perhaps the small and frightened men who align your country with the neo-fascism of mine, the USA, will withdraw their small contribution to the "coalition of the willing". Perhaps the Netherlands forces will leave Iraq, now that the shameful lies and unbridled appetites which were the true causus belli in Iraq lie exposed, glowing like rotten corpses in moonlight. But there are other fronts where your forces are still compelled to aid the military madness of the modern fascist, corporate empire.

Aruba and Bonaire. These Netherlands possessions lie just off the northern coast of South America. Bases there which once aided in the struggle against Nazi U-boats today make it easier for our US forces to engage in murder and subversion in Peru, Bolivia, Colombia and Venezuela.

In all of these poor distracted countries one can see the progress of the US policy of full spectrum disorder. Using the cloak of a mythical "war on drugs and terror" the prime and main terrorists in the world deliver arms and training to death squads, vicious tyrants and corrupted oligarchies as they torture and kill their own people in the first three of these countries. US naval and air assets have and are using your territory to attempt once again the subversion and overthrow of democratically elected leaders in Venezuela. In that country, this crime will follow the pattern of what we now have seen in Haiti.

First an elected president is kidnapped by US Special Forces, forced to resign, and exiled from his own country. Then the carefully nurtured drug thugs and killers, using their US supplied weapons, torture and murder the supporters of democracy. Perhaps the scenario will be changed and President Hugo Chavez Frias will be killed a la President Salvador Allende of Chile.

In the USA herself, in the best fascist style, the "war on drugs" is the pretext for the mass criminalization of our most important national minority -- one which holds inconveniently liberal political opinions. And in the nations to our south, it serves as a cloak behind which flourishes the militarism and appetite of a born-again fascism.

Is the Netherlands today to be in the place of the old Blue Police -- those who served the fascists of old? Is the military of your country to be a new division of a new SS, sent to serve on far-flung fronts for interests not your own? Is your territory to be used for assault upon those who resist a cruel foreign subversion of their own homelands?

Few, a gallant happy few, of us in the center of this new empire still resist the onslaught of the anti-democratic, oligarchic corporatism which now has engulfed a once great democracy. We would like to see here again a rule of law, of civil society. Not a regime which uses the term "shock and awe" just as once did your conquerors use the term "Schrecklichkeit".

Can't you help us just a little by refusing your forces and your territories to the warfare state?

VS militaire basis op Curaçao + Aruba
link - 24.03.2004 00:40
