Translator request: Spanish - English /&NLs?

Help requested translating important Spanish language articles into English (& Dutch?).
This for OaxacanStudyActionGroup; a group of many people who mainly study the happenings in Oaxaca (Mexico), with blockades and near revolution events by APPO (Asamblea Popular del Peublo de Oaxaca) against the repressive and corrupt government of governor Ullises Ruiz Carballo.
To all members of the OSAG list and other interested parties:
A few of us have formed a nacent "translator's group" (t-group) to take on translation tasks as they come to our attention. We need help, since none of us has enough time to do all that should be done. If you have any interest or experience with Spanish/English translation, please speak up, so we can add your name to the t-group list. We will try to respond to specific requests for translations, and we are working on criteria for prioritizing translation of selected documents. Translation will be done with support from other group members when needed. This is a collective, cooperative and collaborative effort, SO PLEASE JOIN US IF YOU HAVE SOME TIME, ENERGY AND SKILL TO OFFER!!

That translation is about the grenade attack on newspaper "PorEsto!" and their article describing who are behind that.
I will post that translation here below, as example and backgroundinfo, as soon as it's out.
Other transalations could be for example: The article by Noticias-Oaxaca about who in the Oaxacan government formed the paramilitary group, that shot 4 of their journalists with an uzi, and who they are.

The feedback I got from Ben Wise about this translation help:
" I finally had time to check out your link to this site. Very intriguing, indeed!! And many thanks for your diligence and interest!! It looks like they are handling translations much the same way our little "t-group" is doing it. However, I can already anticipate the objections others in the group will have: that you need to understand the situation on the ground, and be familiar with Mexican legal/governmental/political jargon (or even narco crime jargon!) in order to render an accurate translation. Some even feel that translations should only be done by people who understand the particular field that the document is talking about. So I would suggest that, if you don't mind taking the time, you run through the article from Por Esto! that we just translated and posted and see how their translation compares with Diana's. Why don't we just keep this project between us until we get a result that we can recommend.
Would you be willing and able to do this, as a test? "
Answer:
No, I will do it for the other Noticias-Oaxaca article to avoid unnecessary double work; then *we* can discuss & correct.
OR: we all become member of this translator site and translate it basically on this site, instead of on our email group?
Like first waiting a bit for a translation to spare our time; then making corrections on this site (+using our t-email group as well)?

Under the protection of the former Government General Secretary, Jorge Francisco Vargas, Santa Cruz Amilplas' municipal president, Jesus Migual Quintana, armed a paramilitar group that serves equally good for keep the lands where the wineries of NOTICIAS, Oaxaca's Voice and Image are located and for attack the members of Asamblea Popular del Pueblo de Oaxaca (Oaxaca People Popular Meeting), as well as to assault journalists.

Under the protection of the former Government General Secretary, Jorge Francisco Vargas, Santa Cruz Amilplas' municipal president, Jesus Migual Quintana, armed a paramilitar group that serves equally good for keep the lands where the wineries of NOTICIAS, Oaxaca's Voice and Image are located and for attack the members of Asamblea Popular del Pueblo de Oaxaca (Oaxaca People Popular Meeting), as well as to assault journalists.
The hitman team have firearms exclusively used by the army, drugs and vehicles supplied by Franco Vargas, state leader of CROC, David Aguilar Robles through his lackey Juan Luis Martinez, and a local narco known as "El Loco".
A municipal official from this community, who wants to remain anonynous, explained the structure of the hitman group and their behaviour methods.
He said that last Sunday, Garza Quintana arranged a meeting with the 35 municipal policemen in his home, located at Los Reyes, at 5:00, with the excuse of making an special operation, but later they were taken away to the lands the newspaper has in the municipality.
"As at 8:30 turned up people of Gonzalo Rodriguez and Roberto Mendoza, a total of about 70 people, to whom the local inhabitant handed over wood boards and plates to erect their hovels. Those materials were handed to them before the campaign to people but he hid all in a land located in a El Rosario's hill".
"He adds that there, Agustín Morales Morales, Municipal Secretary, handed out to every policeman 9mm guns, and to others, R-15, that they hide inside clothes to prevent them from being discovered.
He insures Morales Morales turned up dressed with sport trousers and black t-shirt, as well as an also black hood; the municipal police head carried a backpack where he hid a 9mm gun and an UZI submachine-gun.
The informer comments that Morales Morales was who ordered to shoot the teachers in the town, the last time.
He adds that at 15:00 the tenants left the land, leaving in the place a guard in charge of a person nicknamed "El Chiquilín", the one who orders all. "This person earns as a municipal policeman thanks to Garza Quintana, but he's not a municipality's policeman".
He emphasizes that the most loyal followers of Garza Quintana are Justino Cruz Santiago (a) "El Escorpión", who has two arrest warrants for robbery and they don't detain him. Another one is Apolo García Cruz (a) "El Conejo"(The rabbit) and another one known as "El Perico", and supposedly he is going to give work to them as municipal policemen. "Quintana says he has already talked with Manuel Moreno Rivas, head of Ministerial police, in order to register them".
And about the relationships with local PRIist Member of Parliament Aguilar Robles, he says that yesterday came in vist Juan Luis Martinez, leader of CROC carriers.
"They get drunk constantly in El Mezquite restaurant, located in Huyapan. There were, fifteen days ago, a lunch there with David Aguilar Robles, a CROC's state leader; Juan Luis Martinez, Garza Quintana and two commanders from the Ministerial Police, one of them with the surname Corro; and their fear is so great that they must bring the municipal policemen with to look after them.
He asserts that Garza Quintana feels himself with so impunity that usually goes armed. "He always carries with himself a 9mm gun in the belt and a 22 in the waist but in the back side".
He indicates that even yesterday, Garza Quintana arranged a meeting with all the Ministerial Police members at 15:00 in the IVO-Rosario bus station, "supposedly to make another operation and in this case the one in charge of bringing the weapons was Juan Luis Martinez".
"Usually they carry 380 type guns, 9mm and UZI submachine-guns; He transports them in a grey Nissan Murano van. Behind the back this guy carries an arsenal and the weapons are financed for a known local narco".
He adds that Garza Quintan owns three houses, "in one of them he has a whole load of long weapons, computers an other things. Maybe that's why he took out his family from Oaxaca and send them to Huatulco; because he plans to kick up a chaos and leave.
"Morales Morales doesn't live here neither; he lives in Mexico, in the Álvaro Obregón Office, and he comes here always hooded inside a grey car.
They recalls that two or three days before the town hall was taken, turned up a group of cholos sent by Juan Luis Martinez to kick up row, "but later they say to us they had killed a doctor and next day we found out they had killed a dentist. That day they moved on motorbikes".
He admits that municipal policemen are forced into doing these activities by their need for a job "and he had already said he will give a bonus for each Noticias, Voz e Imagen de Oaxaca's journalist they beat, moreover he had already promised a piece of land in the newspaper's winnery".
He indicates that according to their plans, "maybe next week they'll go to clear those who have taken the town hall; they've already told them that they will go hooded and the ones who lead the movement will be pointed out so they can kill them".
