 Vervolgens wordt het proces verbaal vervalst "verzet tijdens arrestatie".
Beetje vreemd om in de cel gearresteerd te worden, maar er lopen wat gekken rond bij de politie.
Ik heb dat ook een keer bij een andere klant van hun gezien; kwamen ze ook de cel binnen en natuurlijk verzette hij zich.
Het is anders volstrekt illegaal wat ze doen; je mag iemand niet drugs toedienen als die geen "verzet tijdens arrestatie" heeft gepleegd en er een 'legitieme' reden van noodzaak voor is.
Daarom vervalsen ze stelselmatig het proces verbaal in dit soort gevallen.
