Maandag 2 juni zullen anti abortus fundamentalisten van "de schreeuw om leven" hun leugenachtige propaganda weer verspreiden in de buurt van de abortuskliniek aan de Strevelsweg in Rotterdam.
Bazen in eigen buik zullen hen weer in de weg staan met onze eigen flyers VOOR recht op veilige abortus en ons spandoek:" Globalise our right to abortion!"
Kom op voor behoud van recht op veilige abortus en kom 2 juni om kwart voor tien smorgens naar het plein bij Strevelsweg 700, Rotterdam. (vlakbij metro Zuidplein.)

Wij verdedigen het grondrecht “baas in eigen buik” en voeren hier actie tegen de antichoice fundamentalisten van “de schreeuw om leven”.We zijn het grondig oneens met hen, die in samenwerking met politieke partijen als de christenunie en de sgp abortus willen verbieden.

Recht op voorbehoedsmiddelen en recht op veilige abortus zijn belangrijke voorwaarden voor vrouwen om te leven en om onze levens te plannen.
In landen waar abortus illegaal is moeten vrouwen hun leven en vrijheid riskeren als ze het nodig hebben hun zwangerschap te onderbreken. Wij willen niet terug naar een situatie dat vrouwen en artsen gevangenisstraf kunnen krijgen vanwege abortus, en dat dit verworven vrouwenrecht gecriminaliseerd wordt.

Recht op veilige abortus is een mensenrecht wat wij verdedigen. Strafbaar maken van abortus schendt het zelfbeschikkingsrecht van vrouwen, zoals dat is vastgelegd in akkoorden die zijn gesloten tijdens de Internationale VN-Conferentie over Bevolking en Ontwikkeling in Cairo, de Vierde Wereldvrouwenconferentie in Beijing en de Universele Verklaring van de Rechten van de Mens (artikel 1, 3, 12, 19 en 27.1).

Het is belangrijk dat veel voorstanders van recht op abortus komen actievoeren tegen "de schreeuw om leven". Want als wij met weinig zijn doen ze er alles aan om met behulp van potige hanige types de pro choice activisten te intimideren.
