 Family planning is een bekend begrip wat fascistische groepen erg populair is. De nazileer maakte van Darwin handig gebruik als 'ethische' argumentatie voor bevolkingsreductie ("recht" van de sterkste). 2500 Nazi wetenschappers zijn naar Amerika geloodst, zonder repurcussies voor hun wandaden, overgenomen door de CIA, NSA enzovoorts (project paperclip). Maar ook hun leer en programma's van de Nazi's gingen door. Bekend onder de term Neo-Eugenics liefkozender 'family planning' genoemd.
