Waarom een boekenbeurs organiseren?
We willen het papier in onze handen vieren, ver weg van de digitale nachtmerrie die in onze intiemste kringen kruipt. Op de boekenbeurs vind je naast boeken tal van andere publicaties, brochures, pamfletten, posters en stickers. Van oude romans en revolutionaire klassiekers, over filosofie en poëzie tot hedendaagse sociale kritiek of de nieuwste oproepen tot strijd: ze vertrekken vanuit de wil om de wereld ingrijpend te veranderen. Ze delen ideeën en proberen die te verdiepen. Ideeën, geen vermarktbare, like-bare, brave opinies zonder inzet.
Ongeveer veertig directe nakomelingen van de verzetsman komen speciaal over uit Canada voor deze onthulling. Die zal geschieden door twee zonen van het slachtoffer, uit Canada. Alle zes kinderen van Huibert van Ginhoven emigreerden naar Canada.
De nieuwe de plaquette is betaald door de gemeente Hilversum. De executieplaats van Huibert van Ginhoven is pas ruim een jaar geleden ontdekt door een neef van het slachtoffer, ir. Dick van Ginhoven uit Delft. Twee leden van de famlie Van Ginhoven ontvingen wegens Jodenhulp al een onderscheiding van Yad Vashem.
Ymere adviseert haar huurders de schimmel in hun woningen te bestrijden met een goed schoonmaakmiddel.
De oorzaak van schimmel wordt systematisch bij de huurder gezocht.
Hij moet de woning meer ventileren en beter schoonhouden.
Vandaar dat het hebben van schimmel niet als een gebrek wordt gezien wat de verhuurder moet oplossen.
Je kan er niet voor naar de huurcommissie. Niet Te Koop is van mening dat Ymere zelf verantwoordelijk is voor de staat van haar woningbestand.

The Mesarvot network, founded in 2015, supports hundreds of young Israeli every year through their difficult refusal process. Daarom zal het thema dit jaar zijn, “past, present & future”. Wat hebben we bereikt? hoe organiseren we ons in een wereld die bol staat van conflicten en polarisatie? En wat is onze rol als anarchisten en activisten?
Het is een festival wat dit jaar haar honderdste editie zal vieren en al die jaren is De Pinksterlanddagen door anarchisten georganiseerd en is dan ook voor veel anarchisten een plek om samen te komen, te leren en nieuwe informatie te vergaren.

Deze zaterdag voert actiegroep Niet Te Koop haar flitsactie uit in de Transvaalbuurt.
We hebben gezien dat Ymere daar flink aan het verkopen is, maar Rochdale doet ook een duit in het zakje.
Zij biedt te koop aan Maritzstraat 26-huis met een vraagprijs van €465.000.
De buurt ontkomt niet aan het gentrificatie-proces.
In 2012 was het percentage sociale huurwoningen 84, in 2021 gedaald naar 61.
De tekenen wijzen niet op een kentering.
Thans zal het onder de 60% zijn.
De makelaarstekst hint ook op dat proces door het te richten op de yupcultuur:

De verwoestende wereldoorlogen van de 20e eeuw toonden aan dat het kapitalisme als sociaal systeem totaal achterhaald was. Ze werden gevolgd door een “Koude Oorlog” tussen twee imperialistische blokken waarin proxy-conflicten evenveel mensen doodden als de wereldoorlogen. Het oude bloksysteem viel uiteen in de jaren 1990, maar de imperialistische oorlogen verdwenen niet - ze werden alleen maar chaotischer en onvoorspelbaarder.

Wij gaan de straat op! Jij ook?
Keer op keer maakt de Gemeente een einde aan sociale projecten in de stad die van onderop georganiseerd worden. Winst wordt verkozen boven wederzijdse hulp en zelfbestuur.
Anderhalf jaar geleden werd sociaal centrum De Samenscholing in Den Haag gesloten en ontruimd door de gemeente. Zo kwam er na 7 jaar een einde aan een plek die gebaseerd was op samenzijn en zelforganisatie.
De onderhandelingen voor een nieuwe locatie met de gemeente zijn op niks uitgelopen, en de gemeente doet De Samenscholing liever in de ban.
