questions

About the flyer piece overall, it seems like the awarness person (or other name it goes by) is the only one who has the power to kick out people. One person having all the power that does not seem anarchist to me. Besides it's a very easily corruptible system. People are not objective, we can try, but we all carry our own luggage that blurs our judgement.
So how do you make sure that people don't get sent out for being a more than avarage extravert white male or having the wrong look on their faces?

And why is there no nuance, to me there is a big diffrence between winking at somebody, grabing someones butt and raping someone. I see nothing of how to handle these diffrent stages. I would think it's absurd to sent somebody out for winking, but when we talk about rape sending someone out is not enough for me.
So do you sent people out for winking at the wrong person, without any harmfull intention? If they say sorry I didn't mean to insult you, do they still get sent out if the "victim" wants so?

And can you tell me what's wrong with cats, dogs, rats etc? Do they need to be called non-human animals in your philosophy?
Because I mean no harm to a dog when I name it dog, I respect and love them.
