Yet it is tricky and its a nasty trick. Because this is simultaneously a smear on women who want justice for crimes against them and against Assange. It's like two birds with one stone. Discrediting both women who make charges of rape and Assange. Undermining justice on both fronts. It appears you missed this in your analysis.
I must say I don't like the condescension and venom laced through your article toward issues regarding action on gender and race. Or to people who are concerned with 'invisible' violence and torture and how that effects society and maintains power relations. By doing this you contribute to the smear campaign both on Assange and on people who have survived rape and want justice. Concern with race and gender is NOT in opposition to Class struggle!!! But a deepening of the understanding of the kind of oppression people face. Also when it comes to understanding how gender roles work it opens up the debate to face lived reality and to include understanding how the economy actually works.
This attitude of opposition and duality between class and gender/ race gives me the impression that the author of this article is an under informed or wilfully ignorant chauvinist pig. Please publicly prove me wrong.
