We have decided to create a single point of entry for those who want to join the Ukrainian Defense Forces — side by side with comrades who share anti-authoritarian values.
Currently, we are working with six units, where anarchists, left-wing activists, queer comrades, feminists, protest veterans, and just decent people are already serving. They are ready to provide consultations, explain conditions and specialties, and assist with paperwork and recommendations.
To start the process, please fill out the questionnaire. After that, we will contact you. For some units, your verification is crucial — so please pay attention to the fields in the questionnaire, especially the section on references.
This is not a regular military recruitment office — it's an attempt to make mobilization conscious, safe, and politically articulated.

Notably: Your peripheral country's army is getting billions of dollars in weaponry from the West, your poor peripheral country is now the biggest arms importer on the entire planet, how much support do you really need from a few dozen anarcho hippies and punks in America? If you don't want your friends to die in the Ukrainian trenches, maybe suggest they don't enlist as cannon fodder for a state that couldn't give a shit less about them. Don't expect us to salute anarchists when they become cops or politicians and then succumb to the dog eat dog institution they themselves signed up for either.

For the second day in a row, the media is full of reports about the death of Ukrainian artist David Chichkan on the front lines. Adhering to the rule of “speak well of the dead or not at all,” I will say that may he rest in peace; he defended his country until his last breath. But, excuse me, anarchism has nothing to do with it, although most of these reports emphasize his anarchist beliefs. And I will not lie, his 2023 mural in Zaporizhia depicting Makhno under the state flag frankly outraged me.
