In Nederland doen ze de dingen soms net iets anders dan in andere landen.
De politieke activiteiten van de arbeiders in Nederland behoren wellicht tot
het laagste niveau van Europa.
In Nederland bestaat geen politieke partij die zich socialistisch noemt
en die uitsluitend buitenparlementair actief is.
Zo'n partij bestaat wel in België, Duitsland en Engeland.
Ik kan me niet anders voorstellen dan dat politiek Den Haag het ervaart
dat er geen enkele politieke tegenwind is georganiseerd is in Nederland.
Het beperkt zich tot reageren op internet en dat kan door de overheid
zelf beinvloed worden door zelf ook types in te schakelen die bijvoorbeeld
trolls c.q. trols versturen en achterlijke opmerkingen plaatsen
op discussie sites zoals NUJIJ en soortgelijke sites.
Get a life! was zo'n rage.
Ik ben werkelijk verbaasd dat bepaalde personen vanuit de rechtse hoek
in staat zijn zoveel onzin te publiceren.
Op zich is dat ook knap.
Het is ook opvallend hoe bepaalde politici en andere topfiguren praten.
Als men de ware aard laat zien (hetgeen soms gebeurt), dan blijkt dat
men in een totaal andere wereld leeft, volledig gericht op
het vernederen van de gewone bevolking.
De termen en het taalgebruik, die daarbij gebruikt worden,
zouden ons nooit te binnen schieten.
Een poosje geleden liet Mark Rutte zijn emoties even de vrije loop.
Moeiteloos noemde hij 4 vooroordelen achter elkaar.
Vooroordelen die door hem worden beschouwd als de waarheid.
Ik heb Mark Rutte nog nooit kunnen betrappen op het specifieke taalgebruik
vanuit de rechtse hoek. Wel de vooroordelen.
Mark Rutte werd als minister-president gekozen met een uitstraling
van een lachende vagabond.

Politiek Den Haag heeft zo zijn eigen redeneringen en zijn eigen strategie.
Zij hebben er geen enkel belang bij anoniem reageren op internet aan te pakken.
Zouden ze dat wel doen, dan zouden ze olie op het vuur gooien.
Zodra mensen gedwongen worden uit de anonimiteit te treden,
maak je van hen echte helden.
Dan maak je van de volstrekt onschadelijke discussies echte politieke discussies
en dat is juist wat men op een gewiekste manier probeert te voorkomen.

Het gaat alleen om nieuwssites, niet om discussiefora's en andere dingen. Op de achtergrond speelt dat het alleen om nieuwssites gaat die winst willen maken.

Dan gaat het om een afweging tussen vrijheid van meningsuiting en recht op een persoonlijke levenssfeer (waarbij je de verwachting mag hebben dat je niet bedreigt wordt op het internet.
"110. The Court notes at the outset that user-generated expressive activity on the Internet provides an unprecedented platform for the exercise of freedom of expression. That is undisputed and has been recognised by the Court on previous occasions (see Ahmet Yıldırım v. Turkey, no. 3111/10, § 48, ECHR 2012, and Times Newspapers Ltd (nos. 1 and 2) v. the United Kingdom, nos. 3002/03 and 23676/03, § 27, ECHR 2009). However, alongside these benefits, certain dangers may also arise. Defamatory and other types of clearly unlawful speech, including hate speech and speech inciting violence, can be disseminated like never before, worldwide, in a matter of seconds, and sometimes remain persistently available online. These two conflicting realities lie at the heart of this case. Bearing in mind the need to protect the values underlying the Convention, and considering that the rights under Article 10 and 8 of the Convention deserve equal respect, a balance must be struck that retains the essence of both rights. Thus, while the Court acknowledges that important benefits can be derived from the Internet in the exercise of freedom of expression, it is also mindful that liability for defamatory or other types of unlawful speech must, in principle, be retained and constitute an effective remedy for violations of personality rights."
Dus laten we niet overdrijven. Zo eng is het allemaal niet. Het gaat hier om een redelijk specifieke situatie en het soort domme comments waarvan een wet volgens het EHRM dus mag eisen dat die op een nieuwssite die voor winst bestaat worden verwijderd zijn zowiezo ontzettend dom en voegen alleen negeatief toe aan enig debat.

Dit is absoluut geen gevaar voor de vrijheid van meningsuiting, alleen paniekzaaiers met slippery slope argumenten denken dat.
Er zijn veel engere ontwikkelingen nu aan de gang. Zoals de vervolging van de man die de rascisitische korpschef in Den Haag een rascist noemde, het fuck de koning gebeuren en de veroordeling van Joke Kaviaar.

Wat een onzin.
De realiteit is heel anders.
Rechts Nederland denkt nog steeds volgens Abraham Kuyper.
Met een totaalplan een soort dictatuur die onzichtbaar is.
Tot ergenis van de reactionaire krachten is het niet gelukt
om ook Indymedia in die dwangbuis te duwen.
Dus gaat men een beetje op een achterlijke manier de boel opstoken
op Indymedia. Als het dan niet lukt, krijgen we het bekende
HUILIE HUILIE van rechts.
Want rechts Nederland denkt: "Als er 1 schaap over de dam is,
volgen er meer." Ze zien in gedachten al een grote kudde op hen afkomen.
